Refund policy

Will I get a refund if I cancel my order?

You bet! If you need to cancel your custom order, we can do that. Here's how it works:

  • If we haven't sent you a proof yet, you'll get a full refund.
  • If we've already sent a proof, we'll deduct $29 from your refund to cover our design time.
  • Remember, the sooner you let us know, the better!

What if I'm not happy with my map print?

Oops! We want you to love your personalized artwork. While we can't accept returns on custom items, we're here to make it right:

  • If your order arrives damaged or isn't quite what you expected, reach out to us right away.
  • We'll work with you to find a solution that puts a smile on your face.

Help! My order is lost or damaged. What now?

No worries! We've got your back:

  • If your package gets lost on its journey, let us know within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
  • If it arrives looking like it took a detour through a hurricane, contact us within 30 days of receiving it.
  • In either case, we'll happily send you a replacement.
