Will I get to see a preview of my art print before it's shipped?

You bet! We'll send you a message with a proof of your personalized artwork for your approval. If you'd like any changes, we'll make the necessary revisions until you're completely happy. Keep in mind that too many revisions could delay the delivery of your final gift.

Oops! I made a mistake in my order (incorrect info or typo). How can I fix this?

No worries! Reach out to us right away, and we'll happily correct the error for you. However, please keep in mind that once you've approved the artwork and your order has been printed and shipped, we won't be able to make any changes.

Shipping

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Creating your unique art print takes about 2-5 business days, including revisions. On average, the fulfillment and delivery takes an additional 6-15 business days depending on your location. We are proudly shipping worldwide!

Can I update my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Of course! If you need to change your shipping address or delivery destination, just let us know as soon as you can. But remember, we can't make any changes once your order has been printed and sent on its way.

How do you package my order to ensure it arrives safely?

We take great care in packaging your order. Unframed prints are gently rolled and placed in sturdy cardboard tubes. Framed prints are nestled in a protective foam pouch, wrapped with bubble wrap and foam, and securely boxed in cardboard containers. This approach ensures your gifts are well-protected and arrive in perfect condition.

Returns and Cancellations

What if I change my mind and want to cancel my order?

No problem! If you need to cancel your custom order, we can do that as long as it hasn't been fulfilled. Just keep in mind that if we've already sent you the proof, we'll deduct $29 from your refund to cover the time we spent creating it. Make sure to reach out to us as soon as possible.

Can I return my map print if I'm unhappy with it?

Because our products are custom-made just for you, we can't accept returns. But don't worry! If your order arrives damaged or the artwork isn't quite what you expected, let us know right away. What if my order is lost or damaged?

We're here to help! If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, contact us within 30 days of receiving it, and we'll find a solution. For packages lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we'll send a replacement. Email us at hello@alltheplaces.shop.
